Terms of Service

By engaging MARNV for web design and development services you agree to the following terms.
Services
MARNV provides web design, web development, and related digital services as agreed upon in the project proposal. The scope of work is defined per project and any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client approval. Work will not be delivered or made live until full payment is received.
Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond this will be billed at an agreed hourly rate.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and begin once the deposit is received and all required assets and information have been provided by the client. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery date.
Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment the client owns all rights to the final deliverables including the code, design, and content created specifically for their project. MARNV retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
Third Party Services
The client is responsible for all third party costs including domain registration, hosting, and any paid plugins or services recommended by MARNV.
Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun the deposit is non-refundable. If MARNV cancels the project the deposit will be returned in full.
Limitation of Liability
MARNV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered product. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
